What countries do you accept orders from?
At present we accept orders from the UK only (excluding the Republic of Ireland).
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered using Interlink Express’s efficient and reliable courier service.
Orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday only, never on weekends, public or bank holidays. If your order is received and processed before 3.00pm GMT we will dispatch it the same working day. If it is received after 3.00pm GMT the order will be dispatched the following working day. If your order has been placed on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on the following working day. We operate a FREE Next Day delivery service for all UK orders. For security purposes all our deliveries require a signature. If you are not home when your order is delivered, then your order will be sent back to the depot and a card posted through your door with instructions of how to have your order re-delivered. The depot will hold your order for 5 working days before sending it back to us at which point we will notify you by e-mail. Re-sending of an item in this case is subject to a delivery charge of £5.
What are your delivery charges?
There are none. We operate a FREE Next Day delivery service on all orders within UK.
What will happen once I have placed my order online?
Once you have placed your order you will see an order confirmation page with an order reference number.
You will also receive an e-mail at each of the following stages:
1. Payment Confirmation from PayPal.
2. Invoice/Receipt from MDK confirming your order and its due to be processed.
3. Shipping/Dispatch confirmation from MDK with tracking code confirms that the order is on its way to you.
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
Confirmation e-mails are dispatched immediately by our system; however we cannot control how quickly your e-mail provider will take to deliver the mail to your inbox. If you have not received the email within an hour, email us at helpme@mdkonline.com so that we can confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you notice a mistake with your order, or would like to cancel it completely, contact us as soon as possible at helpme@mdkonline.com. If the order is already being processed we will be unable to make any changes or authorise a cancellation, however you can return the order for an exchange or refund once it has been delivered to you.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, we are tied up with unparalled services of one of the technologically advanced payment processor PayPal to process your payment.
There are items missing from my order. What am I suppose to do?
Please contact us at helpme@mdkonline.com and let us know which items are missing from your order so we can investigate and arrange a re-delivery.
Can my order be shipped to another address other than my home address such as a PO Box or a hotel room?
For security reasons we do not deliver to any PO Box addresses. We do not deliver to any hotel rooms unless this is where you permanently reside. We can deliver to other residential addresses (ie. if you want to send your order as a gift to someone’s house). Once you have selected your item and are at Checkout simply click to tick the box ‘Different Shipping Address’ and input the address you wish the order to be delivered to.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?
If you have not received your items within 7 days please contact our customer services team at helpme@mdkonline.com and we will investigate the matter for you. Alternatively, use the tracking number given with your order to track the parcel with Interlink Express.
I want to purchase a product but it is out of stock. What should I do?
There may be times where the item you would like to purchase is not in stock or not available in your desired size or colour. In this case you may either choose another item/size/colour or you may continue to purchase your desired product and it will be backordered for you. Simply, this means that your item will be delivered to you but it will take some time until it has been restocked in our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
MDK Online Ltd guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 28 days of receipt of your order and we will swiftly exchange or refund the item for you. You can return items to MDK by post ONLY. We ask that you return the product in the same condition in which it was sent to you, unworn and with all the original tags attached. The cost of returning the item is yours. Please note that exchanges sent out are subject to a delivery charge of £5. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If you do require a refund we will process it on the day we receive the returned item in our warehouse. Please be patient in this case as it may take up to a week for the money to appear on your bank statement depending on your bank/card issuer. A prompt refund will be issued if the item satisfies the aforementioned criteria. The bank account used for the original purchase will be accordingly credited with the original price of the product. If there are any problems with your refund, our customer services department will contact you. This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.
